Nursing staff
Our nursing staff has an average of 12.5 years experience, including eight years of ICU experience. All staff members are ACLS certified, and nearly 90 percent are degreed professionals.
Nurse Practitioners
As a voluntary, special service for physicians, we offer on-site 24/7 coverage by advanced practice nurses. Our Nurse Practitioners assume many vital roles in the care process, including:
Completion of daily rounds using acuity-based prioritization
Assessment of new admissions and patients experiencing a change in status
Facilitation of early discharges from impatient unit
Collaboration with the medical staff and their team to develop and implement a plan of care
Assessment of patients with nursing staff to enhance nursing care and development
Response to medical emergencies throughout the facility

Surgical/interventional support staff
Our support staff has extensive training and experience performing procedures in Cardiac Catheterization Labs and Surgery. With years of experience at the leading hospitals in Milwaukee, they provide the highest quality diagnostic and interventional services in a caring and efficient manner.
Emergency Medicine team
Designed to speed delivery of care and significantly reduce the time from diagnosis to treatment, our 24-hour, full-service emergency department is ready to provide quick, expert care. It is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians with years of experience in emergency care. Both the emergency department and our nationally accredited Chest Pain Center are totally prepared to care for patients with heart attack symptoms or other emergent health care situations.
